Timothy served as an Officer in the United States Navy (active and reserve) from 1986 to 2002, where he reached the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis. Timothy is an expert on strategic financial solutions and management for energy companies and asset backed investments. He has served in many key positions of well known firms in the industry. His current appointment is Chief Financial Officer of Relevant Brands Holdings LLC.

Before his current appointment he was a senior Vice President with SF Sentry, a San Francisco based Family Office. He has also worked on several Private Equity firms focused on hard asset investments.

He has served as an Independent Director of Wells Fargo Alternative Asset Management from 2008 to 2011. He was a Managing Director at Coast Asset Management, a multi billion dollar fund of hedge funds and fixed income arbitrage manager.  He has also served as a Client Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Asset Management. Previously he was a Managing Member of Ascendant Capital Partners long/short equity fund of funds..

Timohty spent six years with John A. Levin & Co., where he held several key positions including the position of the Director of Institutional Sales and Marketing. He also held position at Robertson Stephens, as a Vice President of Alternative Products and at Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management as a Senior Investment Officer. Mr. Holmes is registered with the SEC in the United States
